We can plan all types of corporate events. We specialize in combining capabilities, such as a cruise, with transportation to and from the cruise, as well as photography, live or DJ music, food, beverage, gifts, and just about anything you can dream up.

Q:

Wouldn't it be the same for me to call everyone myself, and wouldn't I save money that way?

A:

Our clients have found that they like having a single point of contact when planning complex events. They have also discovered that our prices are often the same, or better, due to our relationships, especially when your time is factored in, than going directly with each vendor, and coordinating all the details on your own.

Do you offer hands-on hospitality services, such as registration desks, greeters, coordinators, and other onsite coordination?

A:

Absolutely! While we don't feel that every event, or every budget requires these services, we are committed to anticipating any potential problems, and to working with you to mitigate them before they arise. This means we will offer our services, or ask if you have people from your own organization you can commit to these tasks, so that you put your best foot forward!

Can you create an event that is completely unique, and that will absolutely wow our clients?

A:

Our team is composed of long-time Bay Area residents with a broad range of interests in science, technology, travel and the arts. Not only can we create a completely unique event, we relish the opportunity to push the envelope to make you look great (and we have a lot of fun while we are at it)!
