River Boats
A San Francisco Bay dinner cruise is sure to be a success aboard the Empress Hornblower riverboat. With an interior reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century paddlewheel
riverboat the Empress delivers a classic elegance on San Francisco Bay. She provides
the amenities of a luxurious banquet room with chandeliers,
mahagony bars and dance floors- perfect for you SF Bay dining cruises. Like all royalty, this lady
can handle black tie events but true to San Francisco Bay Area style, she is versatile enough to
handle something a little more offbeat like a Mariachi band
and limbo contest on her expansive sundeck. The main deck
seats 80 to 100 guests for San Francisco dinner cruises while the upper deck accommodates 60 to 70 guests for an SF dining cruise.
Built in Freeport, Florida in 1988, the design of the Empress harkens
back to the classic paddle wheelers of the Mississippi, bringing
character and style to the San Francisco Bay. All meals are prepared
fresh on board in the vessel's fully-equipped galley. Tables graced
with white linens and china provide the final touch for an elegant
dining experience.
